POSITION SUMMARY:  The position’s primary responsibility is to achieve new sales results for VisionPRO. The Account Executive will be responsible for regional sales and business development objectives, developing revenue-producing relationships with decision-making executives and driving the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through candidate placement.

Please note: We welcome new/recent graduates who have a high degree of professionalism, drive, and determination with 1+ year of relevant experience such as Full Desk IT Recruiting or selling IT products or services, including cold calling.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year of related sales experience (as indicated above)
  • Independent, self-starter. Thrives in a team environment.
  • Successful cold calling experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently from home office and travel up to 50% within assigned territory (Boston) with occasional visits to Detroit VisionPRO headquarters.
  • Excellent communication and command of English language.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Must have professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with a sales or recruiting activity tracking tool (Salesforce, Bullhorn, etc.) is preferred.
  • Must be a team player with leadership traits and skills.
  • Must have high integrity, high energy and a passion to be successful by giving 110% every day.
