Job Summary:

  • Under limited supervision provides administrative/ secretarial support to management in an operations, corporate services, or sales area

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems
    • MS Excel – Intermediate Level – able to do Formulas, Charts/Tables, and PivotTables
    • MS PowerPoint – Intermediate Level – use the Smart Chart features (including pulling in Excel data)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Degree is preferred, but will accept someone with applicable experience
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Computer or secretarial training
  • Typically, a minimum 2 years administrative support experience in an office environment
