Job Description

Hands-on experience (at least 2 Years) on ServiceNow.

Skills:
- Functional Exposurealong with implementationand developmentknowledge onvarious ITSM Module (Incident,Problem,Change,Features,Release,PPM,Facilities,Service Catalog , Configurationand AssetManagement)


- Must be technically savvy and able to design and build ServiceNow platform applications thatmeet business goals and objectives

Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering and Analysis.

- Create and configure Server and client sidesscripting like Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs includingadvanced scripting.


- Extensive knowledge and Hands-onexperienceon Workflow and Form design ofService Catalog,Record Producer,Order Guide.


- Create and configureRest API’s and Inbound Notification.


- Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. insideof the ServiceNow environment


- Coordinate and manage application and platform upgrades.


- Perform day to day support and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms and applications, workwith functional teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support anddevelopment efforts within the team.


- Work closely with ServiceNow team leads and Solution Architects to build requested items andtasks using workflows to manage and support the development and support processes. 

Soft Skills

-Excellent Communication and Presentation skill.
-Experience in Customer facing role must.

Years of Experience: 2-6.
