Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Telecommunications client needs a strong SharePoint Developer to redesign SharePoint site with creative design and exceptional user experience. Team currently uses Office 365. The SharePoint Developer will provide troubleshooting and resolution of issues as they arise on the production platform and actively participate in detailed analysis meetings to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issues.


Redesign SharePoint site (Main Page and Team Page) to enhance appearance, functionality and ease of use. Create design over SharePoint Classic Framework. Create SharePoint Lists that provides user content management.

Take ownership of the project while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project goal is met.

Analyzes, develops and delivers high quality technical solutions including development of new solutions and maintenance work on the production SharePoint platform.

Create and maintain site and list definitions. Create and maintain master pages and layouts, web parts, lists, content types. Create and maintain workflows. Coding, testing and implementing solutions.

Provide advice, support and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms and workflows.

Clearly document problems, analyses and solutions. Communicate the status of issues to management. Provide end user support primarily as related to SharePoint.


Strong experience with SharePoint Classic Framework.

Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint widgets, functionality, design and customization.

UI/UX experience. UI implementation.

Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.


Knowledge of various technologies, such as T-SQL, C#, JavaScript/JQuery, .Net Framework.

Knowledge of MS Office suite and Skype for Business.

Demonstrated ability to respond in a flexible manner and to reprioritize work as situations change.

Portfolio samples.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to report work orally or in writing to supervisor as required.

Excellent customer service skills, including ability to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels of computer proficiency.

Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others.
