POSITION SUMMARY: The position’s primary responsibility is to achieve new sales results for VisionPRO and will be responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies. The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making C-level executives, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through candidate placement.

Sales Hunting

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory and develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline within assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and profitability targets with new logo’s and assigned customers.
  • Effectively communicate VisionPRO’s value proposition to prospects and customers.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to work with prospects and customers at all levels to promote leading-edge IT Staff Augmentation Solutions.
  • Monitor and mediate all necessary communications between customer and recruiting team to present top talent for all open positions.
  • Initiate networking and industry presence within assigned territory.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at existing customers and targeted companies.

Account and Sales Management

  • Ensure profitability and growth for assigned accounts.
  • Manage existing customers to ensure retention, quality control, and development of new business.
  • Act as central point of contact for customer’s in your territory and engage with customer teams to support their technical needs.
  • Plan and manage non-revenue generating tasks related to the sales cycle.
  • Diligently follow the sales process and track and report all sales progress in CRM.
  • Maintain internal communications within executive team relative to specific opportunities and the associated requirements utilizing the standard CRM tools and reports.
  • Establish and maintain internal relationships with recruiting and sales operations.
  • Monitor competitor activity, ensuring that the enterprise provides a competitive offer/solution and collaborate with Account Executive team and Marketing to drive marketplace value.
  • Maintain a relationship with placed consultants, meeting with them regularly to understand the work they are performing and using that information to expand opportunities at the account.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of staffing /staff augmentation, solutions selling, or full-desk recruiting experience with proven ability to hit quota. 
  • Independent, self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. Thrives in a team environment.
  • Has exposure to the Information Technology industry and interest in learning about IT Staffing.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within an assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication and command of English language, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience building strong relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Must have a strong executive sales presence with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate marketing skills and knowledge within our service offerings; Staff Augmentation, and Talent Management solutions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; as well as knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Sales Force.
  • Must be a team player with leadership traits and skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the passion to exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Must have high integrity, high energy and a passion to be successful by giving 110% every day.


  • Previous full-desk recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
